EasyCloudify provides a fully managed email hosting experience, ensuring your domains and mailboxes are configured securely and efficiently. This guide will walk you through the essential steps to set up and manage your email hosting.
1. Adding a Domain to Email Hosting
Before creating mailboxes, you need to add a domain to the Email Hosting service.
Steps:
- Navigate to the Mailboxes page.
In the header section, click Add Email Domain.

- A popup will appear, allowing you to select a domain previously connected to EasyCloudify.
- Important: Only domains hosted in the Managed Zones & DNS page will be listed.
- Hosting domain zones with EasyCloudify is free.
What Happens Next?
Once you add a domain:
- Our team will configure everything for you, including:
- DNS settings
- DMARC policies
- Automatic configuration for desktop and mobile email clients

2. Creating a Mailbox
After adding your domain, you can create mailboxes for your users.
Steps:
- Under the Your Domains section, select the domain you want to use.
Click Create Mailbox.

- Fill in the required details and confirm.
3. Managing a Mailbox
EasyCloudify provides intuitive tools for mailbox management.

Setup Information:
Click the Setup button to access configuration details for email clients such as Thunderbird, Apple Mail, and Microsoft Outlook.
Mailbox Settings:
For each mailbox, you can:
- Edit display name and permissions
- Manage identities, aliases, rewrites, and forwarding
